Please click below for a draft of the final program for participants.
(Note: Program reflects updates as of 8/3/18. We worked to eliminate every error we could find. Apologies to anyone for anything missed.)
Audio/Visual Note: All rooms will have AV for PowerPoint presentations. Anyone using a Mac should bring an adapter allowing them to connect with the AV systems. We encourage all presenters using PowerPoint to email their presentation to themselves so they can easily retrieve their presentation by gaining access to the internet through Drexel’s AV stations.
Accessibility Note: We encourage all presenters at the ASA sexualities preconference to ensure that their presentations are accessible to people with disabilities. The ASA outlines universal design principles online (http://www.asanet.org/sites/default/files/savvy/footnotes/julyaugust08/presentation.html), and we hope all participants will review these guidelines in advance of our time in Philadelphia in order to foster the greatest possible access and participation.
Is this your first time presenting at a conference or do you want to try to polish some of your presentation skills? Click HERE for some tips and advice on presenting at the conference.
If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact the preconference organizers by July 15, 2018 so we can make the necessary arrangements. After July 15, we will make every reasonable effort to assist attendees who do not make advance arrangements, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every request.
